What you're buying

A Golden Guiri membership: the private WhatsApp community, member-only events, member pricing on everything we run, the dating pool, and your plus-one rate. It's billed quarterly at €50 or annually at €150 through Stripe. Payment repeats automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and you keep every benefit until the period you've already paid for runs out — we simply don't take the next payment. That's the deal: you're paying for access to a live community, not for something we can hand back.

Two cases where money does come back to you:

• You applied through the join form and we don't accept your application — the €50 is refunded in full, usually within a few days. This is the same promise made on the application form and the homepage.
• We charge you twice, or take a payment after you'd already cancelled — that amount is refunded as soon as we see it.

Where we do grant a refund, a €10 service fee is deducted from the amount returned to cover card processing and the admin of handling it — so a €50 refund comes back to you as €40.

Purchases made through the Golden Guiri quiz are paid instantly and are not reviewed before payment, so the non-refundable terms apply from the moment you check out.

Your 14-day withdrawal right

Normally, online purchases in the EU come with a 14-day cooling-off period. Your membership is different: your WhatsApp groups, member events and discounts are made available to you immediately, so by paying you agree that access starts straight away. That ends the cooling-off period, which is why the membership is non-refundable once you've paid. If you'd rather not start straight away, don't pay — email us first and we'll sort it out.

Cancelling

One click. Press Cancel membership in the footer of any page and it opens your own Stripe account page where you can stop renewals, download invoices and change your card. No email needed, no phone call, no retention pitch. Your benefits stay live until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're welcome to come back later.

Changing the membership

Prices, benefits and event frequency can change as the community grows. Anything already paid for is honoured for the period you've paid, and we tell members before anything changes rather than after.
